The WISE-Futures Centre at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) is pleased to announce the availability of advanced material characterization services to support research and development efforts across institutions and industries.
The Material Characterization Unit offers access to high-quality equipment and expert support for the following services:
1. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) Analysis
2. Chemical and Structural Analysis using the Alpha300 Raman-FTIR Microscope
3. Advanced Surface Area and Porosity Analysis (BET Method)
